A more powerful HPE server will help BIOCEV experts conduct COVID19 research
Current molecular and biological research requires not only cutting-edge laboratory equipment, but also big data processing. To collect, analyse and visualize large data files, BIOCEV uses its modern data centre. Thanks to recent collaboration with Hewlett-Packard Enterprise (HPE), a ProLiant DL560 Gen10 server has been part of the centre since the beginning of this year. It was designed especially for highly complex computations.
“More than 50 research groups work at BIOCEV, specializing in oncological research, diabetes, and viral diseases including COVID19.
