Selection procedure for the Director of the Institute
Council of the Institute of Biotechnology of the ASCR, v. v. i., calls for applications for the position of the Institute Director.
Requirements:
- Fulfilment of the legal conditions according to §17 sect. 4–6 of Act No. 341/2005 Sb., on public research institutions, as amended;
- University degree in the appropriate area;
- Scientific or scientific-pedagogic degree;
- Organizational skills and experience;
- Professional experience;
- Significant results of creative scientific activity;
- Language skills, English;
- Moral integrity.
The expected term of office is from January 15, 2020 until January 15, 2025.
Applications with a structured CV and certified documents on the achieved qualifications, a summary of professional activity, a list of publications, a short summary of the main intents and concepts on the activity of the Institute of Biotechnology of the ASCR, v. v. i., and with letters of recommendation from persons who can provide professional reference should be sent in written form by October 1st, 2019 to the following address:
