Applications and Infrastructure for lightsheet microscopy in a core facility. A tale of researchers, microscopists and IT
let me invite you for a lecture:
“Applications and Infrastructure for lightsheet microscopy in a core facility. A tale of researchers, microscopists and IT.”
presented by Dr Renee M Whan, Head of Biomedical Imaging Facility (BMIF), Mark Wainwright Analytical Centre, UNSW, Sydney, Australia.
- Friday13th October, 10:00-10:45, Room U1.037, BIOCEV, Vestec
The lecture is meant to share 3 years of experience with running commercial light-sheet microscopes in a core facility, presenting both some biological applications and operational technical details.
After the talk there will be a space for informal discussion. As light-sheet method is supposed to finally come also to Prague (one installation at IMG, one at Faculty of Sciences (Viničná 7) in near future), the lecture can modulate your expectations!
Looking forward to your participation!
