IMG became a partner of EMMA
Effective from January 1st, 2010 the Institute of Molecular Genetics AS CR v.v.i. became a new Partner to EMMA, the European Mouse Mutant Archive (www.emmanet.org). EMMA, a non-profit repository for the collection, archiving and distribution of relevant mutant strains essential for basic biomedical research, was set up to create capacity for well co-ordinated archiving and distribution of mouse models. EMMA network is building the archiving and distribution platform that as Archivefrontier constitutes one two pillars of INFRAFRONTIER, the European infrastructure for phenotyping and archiving of model mammalian genomes. INFRAFRONTIER is in the Czech Republic represented by the Czech Centre for Phenogenomics (CCP) within the project BIOCEV. |
